Yesterday my old photo ‘Harbor in storm’ published several weeks ago was unexpectedly featured by IG’s Best Shots. The photo was captured close to Elgol beach on the Island of Skye, Scotland after closing afternoon’s shooting of coast, sea waves, dangerously looking clouds with hiding and emerging mountains in unpredictable weather.
We just stored our photo equipment in the car when I discovered a small mark of sunset clouds of incoming storm. I did not hesitate to leave safety of our car and to run toward a pier ending in the sea. I shooted several images, but this one was winner because it well captured mood of this stormy evening.
