Beginning of April 2017 I have fulfilled one of my secret childhood dream – visiting one wild, mysterious and colorful piece of land, far far away from my birth place, named Patagonia and located in the south of South America, the land shared by Argentina and Chile. We visited three major areas – Perito Moreno glacier, Torres del Paine and El Chaltén area with monumental Fitz Roy mountain.
I have this dream from youth times when I was reading books regarding James Cook adventures in 18th century. I took this adventurous trip very seriously including preparation for expected strong wind, frequent rain and low temperatures.
But, in the end – and probable you will not believe me, but it is truth – we got truly Indian Summer weather for whole period with only two rainings over night and occasional mild to medium wind. We were so lucky for weather, so enjoy gallery of images from very far dreamy landscape.
